what is the best home espresso machine for under $300?
It really depends what you want it for. If you drink espresso then Id suggest getting an Aeropress or a mypressi which are not full machines, and cannot do milk, but do make excellent coffee. You should have some money left over to get a decent grinder, and if you are serious about espresso then a good grinder is essential.
If you want milk based (latte/Cappuccino) drinks, then you need a full machine, perhaps http://coffeegeek.com/reviews/consumer/gaggia_coffee You might want to get a lower end machine, and see how you get on, see what you like about it and what you dont. Maybe you want one that makes great coffee and you dont care it takes ages to clean, or maybe you just want something quick and easy. Its all about whats right for you.

Girls: Any good recommendations for home workout DVD’s (toning, strength-training…)?
I love this workout DVD called The FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training. It is a 55 min DVD with 40 min of body-shaping interval training, 10 min of chest and abs and about 5 mins of stretching. I love it. I have used in the past to help me slim down and tone up. Currently using it now to get back in shape for summer. I have used it for 6 workouts, and can feel the changes. Hope it works. You can purchase it cheap on like amazon.com for like less then $10! I own a sony bravia wireless home theatre/dvd system, i was wondering if my system supported HD DVD/blue ray?
well if its is a sony then it wouldnt support hddvd only bluray. and if it was a bluray player you would know it would cost in to the thousands and it would say bluray or bd all over it. and i dont think they make a htib(home theatre in a box) with bluray players yet. so probably not. well its like 99% not. good luck
